Thank you for choosing our products and services. We want to make sure you're fully satisfied with your purchase, but we also understand that sometimes things may not work out as planned. That's why we have a Refund and Cancellation Policy in place.
You have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund within 48 hours of purchase, minus 5% credit card fees if applicable. After 48 hours but within 72 hours, a 25% cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund. Please note that refunds are not available after 72 hours of purchase. Cancellation Prior to Renewal: The contract for services, products, or tiles purchased automatically renews after 6 months. You may cancel at any point during the current term to prevent renewal at the end of the term. Cancellations can be completed through the web portal or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Cancellation After Renewal: In the event that you cancel after the renewal date but within 24 hours of auto-renewal, you will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee. Please take note that any refund request must be made within 72 hours of purchase and will not be granted after that time. By making a purchase with us, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions of this Refund and Cancellation Policy.
